Both pools have slippery ladders that could lead to accidents!!! The weak Wi-Fi connection makes it difficult to plan your day!!! The location is far from popular attractions and requires a long walk to reach the city center!!!

The highlight was the breakfast buffet featuring traditional Chiapaneca food and an really good Huevos al Gusto stand! The hotel's outdoor pool area is beautifully maintained and provided a lovely escape, even though the main pool was under maintenance.
